IntelSight provides AI-powered competitive intelligence and market research services. We monitor public sources to deliver insights about competitors and markets. Service features depend on your selected plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with unauthorized users. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use IntelSight for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to access restricted areas; (c) scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform; (d) use the service to harass or stalk individuals.
Plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of your account data. IntelSight owns the platform, algorithms, and aggregated intelligence methodology. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
IntelSight provides intelligence based on publicly available data. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days. We may terminate for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Chatham County, GA.
